Hi! I’m Lauren! I have over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry! With lots of training and education, in 2018, I started my own business behind the chair, and one year later, in 2019, I became the Proud co-owner of Suites of the Bluegrass, my first salon suites! The following summer, in 2020, I opened my second salon suite, both in Lexington, Ky! I am super passionate about giving stylists a beautiful and comfortable place to grow their own business’s! CANCELLATION POLICY: As you know, I only work two days a week and am unable to take on new clients at this time, because I am at capacity in my current schedule. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations are impossible to fill, because all of my clients are repeats and always pre-book. This often leads to a loss of income or requires me to reschedule on days out side my set schedule. While I truly value each one of my clients, I also need to ensure that my time is respected, as these cancellations affect both of my businesses, my ability to maintain a manageable schedule, and family time. For these reasons, I must implement the following cancellation policy: >Cancellations 3-5 days prior to your appointment: 35% of the scheduled service will be charged. >Cancellations 24-72 hours prior to your appointment: 65% of the scheduled service will be charged. >Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. (If you don’t have a card on file, the charge will need to be settled before I can confirm your reschedule). If a reschedule appointment is requested and agreed upon, for a time outside of my normal schedule, there will be an additional fee of $50 or 25% of the service total, whichever is greater, to accommodate the change. I regret that this policy has become necessary, but I hope you understand that it’s a step I must take to ensure I can continue providing the best service possible. I am a business owner and a working mother, so while I must implement this policy and plan to enforce it, I do understand that things happen that are sometimes out of our control. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Lauren Morgan Jones has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Lauren Morgan Jones at 18597974036 as soon as possible to reschedule.
